SHIPPING TIME AND PAYMENT

When an auction has ended the bidder with the highest bid has won the auction. This person will be informed about this in an e-mail and will also see this on "My profile". In the e-mail there will be instructions how to pay for the product. After the payment has been completed the products will be shipped, the shipping time varies depending on the shipping alternative, see each product for this information.

I CAN NOT LOG IN

• Account not activated

To activate your account, click the link in the activation mail that was sent to your registered e-mail address. You should receive the e-mail within a couple of minutes. If not, check your e-mail address and/or your junk e-mail catalogue in your e-mail system. More information follows. 

Check your settings for junk e-mail.  

Control how your system handles junk e-mails/spam. Your e-mail program or security program could have faultily read our e-mail as spam and sorted it wrong. Some freeware (e.g. hotmail and G-mail) got standard settings that you might have to adjust. Add our poster address info@snusauction.com to your address book. This will make your e-mail program to understand that you allow e-mails from us. 

This is how you do to add SnusAuction as a safe poster and to delete a possible blockage in Hotmail.

Log in to Hotmail.com and click where it says “Alternatives”. Go to safe and blocked posters. Go to blocked posters and check that none of the SnusAuctions posters are blocked. If you find any of our addresses there, delete it.

Then, click on ”Safe posters”. Enter this address noreply@SnusAuction.com in the text field and click “Add”. Now should our e-mails get to you, if not, contact us and we will try to find another solution. If it works after you have made those changes, please contact us so we can note this. 

• Account has been blocked

Your account can get blocked when you haven’t paid on time. When an account gets blocked due to defaulted payment you will receive an e-mail with a reminder that gives you instructions how to pay. 

When we have received the payment your account will be reactivated. This means, you do not have to contact us when your payment is made.

Observe that in some cases it can take up to 48 hours before your account is reactivated due to manual verification. 

REGISTERED AN INCORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS? 

If you by mistake entered a faulty e-mail address when registered you will not be able to get a new one by e-mail. In that case, contact SnusAuctions support so that we can help you correct that. 

IS THE BIDS I PLACE BINDING?

Your bids are binding and can therefore not be annulated. If you got the winning bid when the auction is finished you are liable to complete the deal.
